Atlantic Yoga Teacher Training was the first, and is the longest running program of it's kind in Atlantic Canada. Steeped in the Kripalu tradition, (a fully wholistic form of yoga), the program incorporates both yin and yang style practices and unites them creatively in "meditation-in-motion". Trainees learn to adapt their classes to facilitate a range of ages and abilities. We also train teachers to facilitate breathing, creative relaxation, yoga nidra and seated meditation practices. Our staff includes regionally well known professional teachers with a range of experience from 10 - 30 years. The program is highly recommended by past graduates. 200 hour and 500 hour yoga
