  At Alumco, we have over 40 years of foundry experience. We are a company that is focused on continuous quality improvement and exceeding our customer's expectations. In 2002 we installed a state of the art quick quench heat treat furnace and implemented ISO 9001:2000 certification. We currently are increasing our manufacturing floor size and installing a Hunter HMP 20 automatic green sand molding line with Simpson mulling and Hartley sand controls. Alumco products and services include pole line hardware and military and defense castings. We produce both sand and permanent mold castings.At Alumco, we strive to work closely with our customers ensuring the relationship is both informative and efficient. Working with professional staff, you will be guided through each stage of the aluminum fabrication process to ensure the result is a high quality product that is delivered on time, and on budget. Alumco can provide services such as rapid prototyping, on site tensile and chemical analysis, mechanical drawings and rapid quench heat treatment. Subcontracted X-ray and dye penetrant is also available. Whether high mix, precision or volume production, Alumco will strive to meet or exceed customer expectations.Consider your own product lines.
