Re-Awakening Health Centre was established in 1997, and is independently owned by Dawn Devlin. After seventeen years of working on the corporate retail management treadmill, Dawn was looking for a new direction. She found herself overworked, physically and mentally exhausted, following poor diet habits. On the verge of burnout, she set out on a journey to find balance in her life. She began to study all areas of health, including fitness and nutrition, therapeutic and spa bodywork, and meditation techniques. During this process, she found a new way of living. With her reconnection to her own health and well-being and her desire to help others to do the same, Dawn used her past business experience to open up Re-Awakening Health Centre in 1997. Re-Awakening Health Centre is more than a health food store. It is a place to meet with dedicated and knowledgeable staff who can provide information about products that promote health and also personal and spiritual growth. It is a place to connect with local alternative health practitioners and learn about valuable outside resources.
