The Rundles Morris House, designed by the Canadian architectural firm Shim-Sutcliffe, is available for rent. The house functions as a deluxe two-bedroom suite, and has a living room with fireplace and views of the Avon River and surrounding parklands. The property is filled with only the best designer furnishings. Both master and guest bedrooms feature queen size beds with down comforters and pillows; top quality linens are sourced from Ireland. Both bedrooms are private, with bathrooms en suite. The house does not have an elevator, and is not suitable for anyone who cannot climb stairs. Seasonal, healthy breakfasts are prepared and served in-house by a private chef. Daily housekeeping is included, plus, wireless internet and complimentary parking for two vehicles on site. The Rundles Dinner Menu may be served in the house during restaurant hours. WEDDINGS / ANNIVERSARIES / BIRTHDAYS / BUSINESS MEETINGS: The house is the perfect venue to host a small wedding celebration, anniversary or birthday party, as well as a business meeting. $595.00 to $795.00 CAD per night, plus 13% tax.
