Alarm system was installed by the company some time ago. Eventually I didn't want any monitoring and asked for the installer code so I can have it configured as a stand alone alarm. He became very rude and disrespectful. There are many ways to say "no" and he chose the aggressive and rude option. Would not recommend this company as it seems they're only in it for the money and not willing to help customers.
