Golden Blinds & Shutters

The motor on our automatic blinds failed within one year of installation. The owner of Golden Blinds, Joseph then sent us to the wrong manufacturer claiming they would fix it at no charge under the warranty. He then hung up on us, ignored our calls, texts and emails when we tried to understand who could help us. We have to to fix at our own expense. Do not deal with this business and the owner, the customer service is extremely poor and the parts used of low quality for the price you pay.
