Write a reviewWestchester Amateur Boxing (Lion's Den) is a nonprofit organization Training Champions since 1992 dedicated to Edmonton Youth and Adults in the Boxing Lifestyle. All of our coaches and staff are volunteers so we can offer programs to all who are interested regardless of financial status. We are open 5 nights a week and travel on weekends to shows and tournaments through the year with athletes ready to compete. Although Boxing is a competitive sport our athletes not only learn discipline, the demands of training naturally provide for self confidence, a high level of fitness and a place to belong after school while doing something healthy every night. We encourage our participants to put school first, boxing second. and find that our athletes tend to be Leaders (not followers) with a healthy self image. We welcome anyone interested to check out the gym free for the first two weeks.
