Business profile

We are a collective of like-minded mental health professionals who work primarily in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer (LGBTQ+) community within Toronto. We represent a group of highly skilled, compassionate psychologists, psychotherapists, clinical therapists and social workers who have shared expertise in supporting and promoting health and wellness within an LGBTQ+ mental health framework. Our therapeutic approach utilizes a social justice lens, incorporating trauma-informed mental health care. We understand how systemic oppression (e.g. racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia) can contribute to symptoms of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and substance use issues. Our therapists actively engage in regular training that emphasizes professional development, team support, and sharing the current knowledge in LGBTQ+ mental health, in order to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.
