Managing Director, Asia Pacific
A commercial property services specialist with more than 20 years experience, including 10 years in the Asia Pacific region. Based in Singapore, the Asia Pacific regional headquarters for NAI Global, he is responsible for relationship development with local and multinational corporate clients, institutional investors and expansion of the NAI Global offices in the Asia Pacific region. Over the past five years, Atherton has expanded Asia Pacific coverage to 20 major cities with the best independent, entrepreneurial commercial property services companies in each market.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Services
Based in London, Paul has responsibility for driving the development and management of relationships with major international corporate clients operating within the region. He has over 28 years of experience advising international corporate clients with particular emphasis on developing strategies to minimize operational costs and maximize value. Paul has considerable expertise in advising corporate clients in the industrial and logistics sectors, particularly in the areas of aerospace and defense and paper and packaging.
Vice President, EMEA
David Perry, Vice President of NAI EMEA, is responsible for implementing NAI's expansion into the key EMEA markets, as well as managing, promoting and coordinating activities for NAI offices located throughout the region.
Managing Director, Latin America and the Caribbean
Based in Miami, Florida, Berger is responsible for business development throughout Latin America and the Caribbean region. He also works with corporate space users, investors, developers and financial institutions to access opportunities throughout the region.
Berger has over 25 years of experience in Latin America’s commercial real estate markets. Prior to joining NAI, Berger was Vice President of Colliers International’s Latin America division, and served as Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Division in Mexico.
Vice President, International Client Develoment
Patricia is the International Business Development Director and as such is responsible for the development of business throughout the European network. She will also assist David Perry with the expansion of membership.
