1. What is a Dealer?
A dealer is a person or company that buys directly from us "the manufacture" and then resells at his or her store front. A dealer can also sell to other store fronts, other companies, or to anyone or any company that wants to buy from them. Dealers can sell scooters anywhere they like including the internet, their store front retail operation, at trade shows.

2. What are the requirements to purchase direct from the manufacturer?
We require a minimum order of 5 scooters per order unless you are an online seller and sign up for our drop shipping program, then we will ship each scooter directly to your customer as you send the orders to us daily. We can make exceptions for retail store front dealers after we qualify you as a dealer.
If you are interested in becoming a dealer you should email us today by filling out our form below. We will then email you out a dealer info package that will include all price breaks and terms. We do not sell single scooters unless we are selling samples or drop shipping. We warranty everything we sell to you or your customer, including the batteries.

3. Can you drop ship scooters for my online business directly to my customers?
We specialize in drop shipping scooters. If you have an online business (website) even if it is non scooter related, and you would like to offer our gas scooters, electric scooters, dirt bikes, pocket bikes and even our scooter parts on your website for sale and have us ship the items directly to your customer without you ever touching the item, fill out the form below & we will then e-mail you back our dealer information and help get your business signed up quickly. We handle all warranties, technical support and issues that your customers might have in the future, all you do is make the sale and then enter in your orders to us in our online system that will give you the massive price discounts others cannot see.
We accept most all online businesses into our drop shipping program. If you sell online, your business will likely easily qualify for our online dealer drop ship program. Once you're on our dealer list, you will receive regular updates from us by e-mail that will include upcoming new products, inventory outlooks & any other important information you need to know. We send these out about once each month.

4. Can I put my own name on the scooters we buy from you?
If you order by the container, we can customize the scooters with any name you choose. We offer this at no additional charge. You would need to provide us with your art work only. We only offer this if you order by the full container. Containers come in 20' - 40' & 40'HQ sizes. Each container comes with free 2% spare parts to you.

5. What is your delivery time for scooters?
Small orders shipped from our USA warehouse ship on the same day that you place the order. We accept paypal, credit cards, prepay, wire transfers. Sorry, no cod's and no company or personal checks please. You MUST e-mail us or fill out the form below to get a dealer info pack emailed back to you. This pack will include prices, specs, access to our ordering page and our company information.

International Dealers?
We are currently looking for a few companies that would like to distribute our name brand scooter in the UK, Australia and other countries around the world. We are looking for a few companies that would be willing to purchase the scooters by the container load and then redistribute them in their area.
Our terms are good. We ask for 30% deposit to place the order and the balance + shipping costs before we release the goods to the port. We include 2% free spare parts with each container order and about 5% free spare parts.

We do offer small shipments to the UK, Australia and all other countries around the globe at this time. Once we setup a distributor in a particular area, all smaller order traffic will be directed to that distributor.

Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date.Preparing your product for Authorized R.M.A. return shipment. Refunds will not include our original shipping cost which was included in the purchase prices of the merchandise. Shipping damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your shipment due to carrier policies. Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense.
