This is a flexible workout that will meet everyone's needs. Based on interval training methods we’ll warm you up with a progressive muscle conditioning and flexibility program. We’ll put you through the paces of jogging, jump rope, shadow boxing, kickboxing, focus pads and heavy bag drills, footwork and kicking drills. There are a variety of different techniques so the classes remain interesting and challenging.
