Instantaneously Viper can recognize all device faults and alarms and display those alarms at the designated command center or NOC and immediately notify appropriate staff of the alarm via a variety of medias such as cell phone, email or pager. Spare Parts Provisioning
Viper maintains a current and extensive inventory of components in warehouse facilities in New Jersey. All parts provided by Viper will be new or equivalent to new in function and warranted as such for one year from shipment.
Parts will be provided on an exchange basis whenever possible following a simple return authorization procedure. Standard Viper shipping practices are ground service (i.e. UPS-Ground or equivalent) pre pay and add, unless specified otherwise by the customer.
