Today's competitive Executive Compensation is no more limited to a specific country remuneration where a headquarter is established. We are competing within a global market in which Europe is one of the key players. This is a unique new survey (launched back in 2005) run by a team of professionals that all have solid C&B Corporate experiences. The survey is specifically designed to cover Senior Executive Management Compensation having Area, Regional, Headquarter or Corporate responsibilities based in Europe. The survey design is quite unique clearly addressing the concerns expressed by many companies in getting reliable and competitive data on European Executive Compensation .

This year we have added some new European countries which are having more and more area or regional activities. These are the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and the Russian Federation. We have also added Canada as it is not unusual to have Canadian (as American) expatriates operating in Europe.
