Congratulations on your decision to work with a personal trainer, we are excited to work with you. The choice you have made to take charge of your life and your body will bring a positive and rewarding effect to how you look and feel.

All programs are offered in our private, at-home studio. There is no membership required!

We look forward to meeting you for your free consultation and fitness assessment. During this meeting we will determine your individual needs and then we will come up with a fitness program custom design for you to meet your needs and reach your goals.

Free Initial Consultation - We will review your history, your current health and goals. We will discuss how an personalized fitness plan, and our one on one environment will help you change your lifestyle. This process can be done in person or over the phone.

Free Fitness Assessment - The fitness assessment gives you and your personal trainer the opportunity to learn your body’s strengths and opportunities. This educates us to create your individual program designed for results, and health.

Personal Training
The 45 minute session is designed to coach you through your individually designed exercise program. You will be coached though:
” Effective warm-up exercises to reduce the risk of injury
” Proper technique for all exercises
” Appropriate cool-down for the entire body
You are provided with one on one attention to maximize the benefits of each exercise and the extra motivation needed to keep you on track.

Group Sessions are available for up to 3 persons.

Healthy Weight Management Program
This program was designed to work through a lifestyle change. During the 12 weeks we work through a manual that focuses on nutrition, meal planning, grocery shopping as well as positive body image, fitness and individual wellness. Maximize your internal and external fitness.

Cheque, Mastercard and Visa accepted

Fees can be based on a monthly rate with automated withdrawal for your convenience. After the assessment, we will discuss how many session a week is recommended to help you achieve your lifestyle change. Payment can be arranged bi-monthly or monthly.
