TPA's Property Management team makes it their primary goal to maintain great relationships with tenants through constant visibility and easy access. Whatever its business might be, each tenant expects and receives a secure, comfortable, productive working environment and fast, expert response if and when issues arise. The personnel within the department have achieved numerous professional designations and certifications from within our industry including RPA, CPM and CCIM. Each building is served by a team lead by a minimum of a 12 year veteran property manager supported by a 5 year veteran assistant property manager, experienced tenant service coordinators and tenant relations coordinator, a 15 year veteran chief HVAC engineer and a 10 year veteran maintenance engineer.

TPA Realty Services provides state of the art internet based software on our tenants' computer desktops so that service requests are easily accessible by tenants 24/7. The service request software dispatches to our engineers' Blackberries and tenants can monitor the status of their request throughout the process via their computer. Tenant service coordinators monitor tenant's service requests to ensure timely response and property manager attention when it's needed. The service coordinators also are available for phone requests that are dispatched to the maintenance engineers. Emergency service is provided by an on-call Property Manager and Maintenance Engineer for after hours emergency situations seven days each week.
