How often should I receive a massage?
The frequency of massage is based on the individual. If you have a high stress or physical job with repetative movements, you may require a massage more often. A maintance plan of every 2 – 4 weeks will help reduce pain, tension, headaches and overall stress. During your first massage, we will discuss your overall needs and a plan to fit you personally.
