We are going to do our best to provide answers to questions we get from other clients… here in the office and out and about as we visit sporting events and business locations around the valley.

also know as Swedish Massage.

or those that want a vigorous massage, workng the muscles and tendons and incorporates stretching.

working the layer under the skin and over the muscle. Releasing tension and helping muscles relax more thoroughly.

Maternity Massage
elaxation and pain relief during pregnancy and delivery.

How often should I receive a massage?
The frequency of massage is based on the individual. If you have a high stress or physical job with repetative movements, you may require a massage more often. A maintance plan of every 2 – 4 weeks will help reduce pain, tension, headaches and overall stress. During your first massage, we will discuss your overall needs and a plan to fit you personally.
