Top Performance Training offers various group training sessions. For example, male and female sports teams, or individual athletes wanting to train within a group atmosphere to compare and push themselves to train at another level.
Top Performance Training will allow you to experience the full effectiveness of 1-on-1 training sessions. If you require special attention in any specific area, for example, quick feet, core strength, endurance, explosiveness or just overall conditioning, we are more than happy to focus our full attention on your individual needs.
Mobile Training (We Come to You)
Top Performance Training offers the chance to train in a location near you. We will bring our dry-land training to different locations pending on interest in that specific area.
Throughout the season we will be hosting a number of special guest appearances. For example, professional athletes, nutritionists and motivational speakers will all make a presentation this year. Our athletes will have the opportunity to ask questions after every presentation.
Top Performance Training offers in-season training aimed specifically at teams and individuals looking to keep or regain their edge throughout the grueling season.
Power Skating Sessions
Top Performance Training will come to a rink in your area. We are available for pre/mid-season on-ice conditioning for teams and individual players.
