Service - Mow lawn with 21 inch mulching mowers. Edge all concrete areas with steel blade edger. Trim around flower beds, fence, and trees with line trimmer.

Maintenance Day – We work Monday thru Friday. Our crews are in certain areas on certain days, so you will have a specific day. The crew follows the same route each week so you can expect us about the same time each week. However, as we add customers, it may alter the time we arrive, therefore we cannot guarantee the time of day.

Communication - Please let us know if your service needs Change during the growing season. (drought) Due to the difference in growth rates of different lawns we maintain a weekly schedule unless we are notified.

Mowing Season - The 2007 mowing season starts on March 5, 2007. We will service your lawn twice in March and weekly thru the growing season which ends October 31, 2007. TCB does not have any service scheduled on your lawn November Thru February, however, just give us a call or e-mail and we will be glad to put you on the schedule should you need anything.

Payment - We bill using a convenient coupon payment book. This gives you an average monthly billing amount that does not change month to month. The rate is calculated based on weekly service April thru October. The weekly rate times number of cuts divided by 7 months is your average monthly cost.

Example: 27.06 X 30 = 811.80 ÷ 7 = 115.97 monthly average cost

Payment received after the 15th will be charged a $10.00 late fee and subject to service interruption.

Damage – If we damage a sprinkler head or drain cap, contact us and we will repair or replace it. Repairs by others will not be paid for by TCB.

Cancellations – If you need to cancel service Please notify us two working days prior to your service day. In the event you cancel one cut during the month just subtract your weekly rate from the coupon. 116.00 – 27.00 = 89.00

Terminations - If you terminate our services in the “off season” please let us know. We do consider you our customer from season to season until you tell us to stop.
