Unlimited Pre Wedding Planning: Your Executive Wedding Planner is at your disposal from the day we begin planning until the entire wedding is concluded to serve your wedding needs. We don’t believe in the word “Can’t” so throw your wildest dream at us and we will make them come true!
Event Design: This includes décor concepts, researching, renting, purchasing, creating design plans, handling print (including invitations!), and setting it all up & taking it down on the day of the wedding. If you want to design your wedding yourself, that is okay too!
Budget Management: Simply put (because budgeting your wedding is complicated), your Executive Wedding Planner will ensure that your dreams are fulfilled within the budget that makes you most comfortable. We will also handle the complicated payment schedules of vendors, deposits, and even gratuity on your big day! We also offer flexible payment plans including monthly, bi monthly, quarterly and lump sum installments and accept almost any payment method available including Visa & MasterCard too.
Schedule Management: Scheduling is the one thing that will ensure your day goes smoothly and because of this your Executive Wedding Planner takes great care in ensuring everything is scheduled down to the second! We then deliver schedules to everyone involved so we are all in the know.
Pre Wedding Packages: To help the schedule flow through the day your Executive Wedding Planner will also compile Sweet Occasions Signature Pre Wedding Packages containing a unique schedule, contact information, directions, advice and a thank you for each person in your wedding party & each vendor.
Vendor Bookings: Once you have chosen the right vendors for you from the hundreds available on Sweet Occasions roster your Executive Wedding Planner will book them all for you. We will handle all contracts, deposits, payment, scheduling and all the complicated stuff to ensure you don’t have a worry in the world!
Vendor Consultations: I am sure there will be vendors that you will want to meet like our famous photographers and delightful commissioners, so your Executive Wedding Planner will schedule meetings for you with them. We will also ensure both you and your vendors have the information needed to make the most out of your meeting.
Rehearsal: If you require a rehearsal your Executive Wedding Planner will arrange all of the details and be there with for you every step down the aisle! We can also arrange your rehearsal dinner and all special considerations along the way.
Full Day of Wedding Services: An Executive Wedding Planner will be at your disposal from the very beginning of your big day until they shut the lights off after everything is in order at the end. The day usually begins with the delivery of Sweet Occasions Signature Breakfast Basket to the ladies at the salon. We do a briefing for the ladies then move on to the men to ensure they are prepared. Then comes the ceremony setup and organization of all the guests. We will also deliver the flowers to the ladies and men then coordinate the processional, all the while ensuing the vendors have arrived and know what they are doing. Then we organize the transition from ceremony to reception. We will set up all reception décor including flowers, centerpieces, menus, favors, linens, cake and all the details that make your day perfect! We will organize the grand entrance, cake cutting, dinner, speeches and all the events during the reception while acting as your personal assistant the whole day through. We sew on buttons, find lost rings, pin on boutonnieres and handle any bumps in the road without you even knowing! This equals less stress for you and the perfect day you have been dreaming of!! There are also many other things we do on your wedding day, but if we were to write them all down we would need another couple web pages!
