Once you have made your hiring decision, you need to prepare a lot of paperwork required by the government. To avoid negligence and undue delays, we have streamlined the whole process for you. After receiving your enquiries, we assign a recruitment advisor to speak to you,
answer your questions and understand your situation.
| 2. || Match-making |
Upon your request, we short list a few caregiver candidates that meet your requirements
and forward their profiles to you. We also connect you with an employer "buddy"
who you can always consult with for objective opinions.
| 3. || Interview and selection |
When you are ready to proceed, we arrange interviews with your preferred candidates.
We also help you evaluate them and select an ideal one.
| 4. || Job offer confirmation |
Following your hiring decision, we prepare all the documents (including a job offer and completed EMP5093 form) for you and submit them to HRSDC for approval.
| 5. || Work permit application |
As soon as your job offer is confirmed by Service Canada, we guide your caregiver
to apply for a Canadian work permit.
| 6. || Managing transition |
Upon your caregiver's arrival, you and your caregiver start an employer-employee
relationship. You can leave such hassles as payroll administration to us and give
yourself over to the transition to a better lifestyle.
