Radiant Heating System - Piping Leak Embedded in Concrete Floor. The leak was causing a tremendous waste of energy and hot water, and in this case was putting the building foundation at risk.  Working as a subcontractor for a heating and cooling firm, Step One Solutions, LLC was able to walk down the entire system, and the leak was found in one part of the facility.

Without thermal imaging, there would be no way to find the actual spot of the leak, and the entire system would be suspect.  In this situation, two hours of infrared inspection saved literally hundreds of hours of labor to reroute the entire system.
