Spectracom offers a Premium Support Contract on select equipment.

The Premium Support Package provides the following:

  • 24/7 emergency technical customer support for down mission-critical systems
  • Express 24-hour loaner service (loaners sent out next business day) 1
  • Free loaners (normally a $250/mo. minimum charge) 1, 2 
  • Priority repair service, first-class rank for repair service (standard 10-14 days)
  • Automatic notification of new releases including maintenance releases or new features available

How to obtain after-hours service:

If you have a valid Premium Support Contract and need emergency customer support for down mission critical systems, please telephone Spectracom Emergency Technical Support at the number printed on your contract. Also, please have your contract number and Spectracom product information available for us to serve you better.
