Jumbo Croissant:
This is a thaw, rise and bake product.
Baking directions: Thaw on trays for approximately 8 hours (overnight) covered. Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Ingredients: flour, water, vegetable shortening, sugar, yeast, egg, butter, salt, datem, ascorbic acid, L/cysteine, azodicarbonamide, potassium iodate, enzymes.

Cinnamon Buns:
Warm, sticky, sweet and fresh is the best way to enjoy a cinnamon bun. We have included Sticky Bun Glaze with our rise-and-easy-to-bake cinnamon buns.
Baking directions: Spray 8" x 12" baking tray with cooking spray. Spread half package of thawed Sticky Bun Smear on bottom of pan. Arrange six Cinnamon Buns in baking tray. Let rise overnight on kitchen counter covered with a cloth. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, bake Cinnamon Buns approximately 12 to 22 minutes. Invert baked Cinnamon Buns on serving tray.

Ingredients: Dough: wheat flour, water, yeast, sugar/glucose-fructose, vegetable oil (soybean and/or canola), salt, dried egg white, vegetable mono-glycerides, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, diacetly tartaric acid, esters of mono and diglycerides and artificial flavour (contains dairy ingredients), colour (contains tartrazine). Filling: cinnamon smear (water, sugar, graham crumbs (wheat flour, sugar, wheat meal, vegetable oil, wheat bran, molasses, honey, baking soda, ammonium bicarbonate), cinnamon, glucose solids, modified corn starch, cocoa powder, salt, artificial flavours).

Gloriously fragrant with sweet spices and rum soaked fruit, this is the ultimate in traditional Christmas puddings. This product comes in a 350 gram (3 to 5 servings) black designer microwavable container. A patterned over-wrap with an attractively designed label finishes the product. Christmas Puddings are shipped 16 per case.
Microwave directions: Remove Christmas Pudding from container. Turn out on to microwave safe plate. Heat for approximately 45 to 60 seconds until heated through. Serve with In Good Taste Caramel Rum Sauce. Serves 2 to 5. Net weight 350 grams.

Ingredients: flour, yellow sugar, peel and cherries (cherries, orange and lemon peel, sugar and/or corn syrup, sodium benzonate, citric acid, artificial flavour and colour, sulphur dioxide), eggs, hydrogenated vegetable oil shortening, raisins, bread crumbs, rum flavour, currants, liquid invert sugar, blackstrap molasses, almonds, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, salt, sodium propionate, spices.

Caramel Rum Sauce:
This sauce is in a 190 ml hexagon glass jar. The label is designed in the same format as the Christmas Pudding label, a perfect match. Caramel Rum Sauce is shipped 12 jars per case.
Microwave instructions: Remove lid and heat in microwave on high for appoximately 30 to 60 seconds. Pour Caramel Rum Sauce over In Good Taste Christmas Pudding.

Ingredients: hydrogentated vegetable oil margarine, yellow sugar, corn syrup, water, sugar, modified milk ingredients, rum flavour.

After opening fruitcake wrap in plastic and store in a cool place. Net weight 450 grams.
