The Service Provider provides an objective perspective when creating the framework used in targeting the individuals who fit your corporate culture and position requirements. Position Analysis includes any/all of the following services:
Exit Interviews: Exit Interviews are a great way to understand how previous employees describe your organization’s culture. Former employees are often very open and frank with their comments and suggestions, providing an excellent opportunity to get a ‘preview’ of your company. Responses will identify transformations for organizational efficiency, morale, culture, productivity, and retention strategies.
Job Analysis: A thorough Job Analysis ensures accurate, timely, information is gathered to assist in the development of relevant job descriptions and proactive search campaigns. This better defines the “real” requirements of the position; critical for the development of appealing job postings and performance evaluation criteria.
This service requires key stakeholder contributions to assist in identifying the:

1. Consultative session with Service Provider
2. Job Analysis summary for your records
3. Standardized job descriptions (extended detail and shortened abridged version)
4. Job benchmark
