Once a candidate has gone through the entire selection process, and you have identified them as the right ‘fit’ for your organization, you don’t want to lose them at the offer stage. Service Provider will initiate the offer process by fully understanding Company’s maximum offer of finances, employee benefits, etc. We will then present the candidate with your initial written offer, verbally overcoming any objections or concerns regarding the offer, and facilitate any negotiations for areas that are in question. We refer to these negotiations as ‘closing the candidate to zero’. We will confirm the final offer with you prior to submitting a revised written offer to the candidate for signature.
