How it works: At each training session, your trainer will take you step-by-step through your workout - keeping you on track and motivated, making sure you maintain proper form and monitoring your continued progress over time.

When working with a partner, we include fun and challenging partner exercises that aren't possible on your own. What's wrong with a little competitive spirit as well? Partners have the most fun of any training clients. They have tons of fun and don't seem to notice the session flying by!
