Results is please to offer GRAVITY BOOT CAMP! An indoor group exercise class that combines the use of the newest
equipment, The Gravity Training System, as well as other challenging exercises using body weight, Kettlebells, Boso balls and medicine balls to
give you the best workout in ONLY 30 MINUTES!

Every class is a different combination of exercises that will challenge, sculpt, push and pull your way to a hotter and healthier you! You'll experience an exciting, fun cross-disciplinary approach to fitness that combines total body strength training, core training, cardiovascular interval training and flexibility training all for a fraction of the cost of One one One Personal Training. Enjoy a fun filled group atmosphere where participants work their butts off and cheer each other to new heights!.

Boot Camps run for 4 weeks.

Days and Times:

Mondays and Wednesdays:

Classes: 6am and 630am, 7 and 730pm

Thursdays and Saturdays:

Thursdays 6am and 630am, Saturdays 11 and 1130am:

Rates: Twice a week: $20/class, Once a week: $25/class, Drop In: $30/class plus HST

Indoor Boot Camps have a MAX 0f 12 participants. Boot Camps fill up quickly, we require all participants to pay in advance to reserve their spots. If you'd like your own boot camp set up we will gladly do one for you with a minimum of 6 participants

We accept Visa, MasterCard through PayPal or cheque payable to Results Training and Conditioning.
