Group Fitness Classes allows you to work out with a trainer on a daily basis at a fraction of the cost of private training.  Warning:  Group Training is extremely addicting!
The Best Group Training program in town including an extensive schedule of programs such as Triple Threat, Full Body Conditioning, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Muscle Cardio blast, Core Conditioning and more!  Everything you need to get into the best shape of your life!  You’ll enjoy the energy of the music, the social atmosphere and our fabulous trainers.  Our goal is to provide workouts that are results-oriented and lots of fun so you keep coming back for more.

All you need to start is your runners, workout clothes, your commitment and determination …. WE will take care of the rest!

Group Classes

Whether it’s the great music, the fun atmosphere, the motivation from the instructor, the camaraderie and of the group, or the variety in programming, both women and men love our group fitness classes. We have designed our group fitness schedule to offer flexibility and a balanced approach to fitness.

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, tone up your hips, thighs, and abs, improve your flexibility, or relax and rejuvenate, we’ve got a class for you!  Group sessions are available seven days per week and include Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Triple threat Muscle Conditioning, Core conditioning and more. Classes begin as at a variety of times as early as 5:00am in the morning and are offered as late as 8:00pm in the evening.

Training Guidelines:

All Group Fitness Classes are instructed by certified Instructors and Personal Trainers who are well-versed on the most effective, safest and efficient ways to train the body. With our cutting edge programs and an instructor making sure you're doing things right, you're going to quickly look and the Pure Body in You! Group Fitness Classes are suitable for everyone. Regardless of fitness level or age, we have a program that will help you reach your goals.


We are firm believers in the importance of mixing up your training routine. Avoid only participating in one type of group fitness class. Include Indoor Cycling, TRX Classes, Cardio Circuits, Muscle Conditioning, Sculpt and Tone and Yoga into your weekly routine. Participate in some of our Pure Body Style Boot camp or TRX Boot camp and outdoor clinics. This will ensure you develop a balanced body, reduce your risk for developing overuse injuries and help to avoid mental burnout.


All Group Fitness classes you have to preregister and give us 24 hour cancellation. We are also sympathetic and understand that things come up that may force clients to cancel unexpectedly (illness, work and home emergencies, etc.).  In the event of a short-notice cancellation less than 24 hours’ prior notice more than three times, you will be charged in full for that session, class, or not able to pre book resulting in no guarantee you will get in to class.

Session Time Slots:

Please be sure to review the schedule carefully as sessions vary in length. It is in your best interest to show up on time and stay until the completion of the session so that you can benefit from a proper warm up and cool down.


All our classes are Preregister due to limited space and to help you stay accountable. We ask that you give us 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.  We encourage you to book your Group Fitness Classes into your schedule like you do any other type of appointment.  Consistency is the key to results!

Warm-ups and Cool-downs:

In order to take full advantage of a proper warm-up and cool down, secure your space and equipment, and so as to not to disturb your fellow workout buddies, we ask that you arrive on time and stay until the end of all Group Fitness classes.  If you are running late or absolutely need to leave early, we ask that you enter or exit quickly and quietly.  Please understand that entering or leaving a Yoga class or any type of class during a meditative, focused segment can be disruptive to the other exercisers.

Communication with your Instructor:

To allow your Instructor to guide you appropriately through each workout, please advise them if you are a beginner, pregnant, have high blood pressure or any other medical condition, injury, or pain that may affect your session.


As a member, you can bring an invited guest to a Group Fitness Class. This complimentary visit can only be redeemed by the same individual once. Please schedule an appointment for your guest to let us know they are coming and arrive early so we can ask a few physical and medical questions and have them sign a waiver before the trial workout or class.
