guarantee to deliver safe and good quality products. The product
quality is checked before it is sent to you. However if there is a
defect in fabric or the product is damaged in any way, we will arrange
for refund and replacement. Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable. There will be an extra charge for
reshipping if you need to exchange the product for a different size;
▪ You can return the product within 30 days from delivery for exchange or refund . Shipping and custom charges are excluded;
In order to return the merchandise for exchange or refund, you must
receive a Merchandise Return Number (MRN) prior to returning the
merchandise to our warehouse.
▪ Christmas and Valentines Day will take extra time.
▪ Please make sure of your measurements according to our size specification chart before placing an order.
Custom designs are made according to customer specifications. They are
non-refundable unless they have a defect or are damaged during shipping.
According to our return policy above, we will refund and exchange products as follows:
(a) Send an e-mail to Silkmelody in order to obtain an MRN.
(b) In order to exchange or obtain a refund within 30 days, the product must not have been used or damaged
(c) You will obtain an MRN number via e-mail within 7 days after we receive your return request. Returned merchandise with the MRN must be shipped within 2 weeks of receipt of the MRN. Otherwise, the returned product will not be accepted.
The returned products must meet conditions (b) and (c) and must be
returned in their original undamaged bag with the tags still attached.
Products are refunded and exchanged if they are damaged during delivery
or if there is a defect in the quality of the fabric. Reshipping
charges, taxes, and custom duties will not be applied.
(f) Refunds will take form only in the manner in which payment was made.
(g) Final sale clearance is not refundable under any circumstances.
