Entire Event Coordination
The following services are included in our Entire Event Coordination package:
- All necessary consultation time to plan and coordinate the event including venue selection, appropriate vendor bookings and development of the event design
- Budget preparation, allocation and management
- Vendor recommendations, assisting in the selection of vendors and access to discounts through our preferred vendors
- Preparing and maintaining an event timeline for the weeks leading up to and including the day of the event
- Full development of selected theme
- Confirmation of vendors two weeks prior to the event
- Walk-through of venue
- Supervision of event set-up
- Full on-site coordination of the event
Full planning, coordination and on-site event management 10% of overall event budget
(Minimum fee of $1,500)
We provide hourly consultations for clients looking for assistance with their event planning. This may include vendor suggestions, budget and timeline advise, theme selection and décor, or anything else you may need advise about. Following the consultation, you will receive a summary of the ideas shared.
Hourly rate $50.
