Our Sideout Group Programs offer a variety of technical and physical development opportunities to improve your game in a fun team setting. Programs are changing constantly, see below for the latest!

Current Programs

Sideout Elementary Camps for Girls
  • Development camp for girls grade 4-7; emphasis on passing, setting, attacking, blocking, digging and team concept drills
  • May 10, 24, 26; June 2, 7, 9     3:30-5:00 PM
  • Location: Sutherland Secondary in North Vancouver
  • Cost: $130 for 6 Sessions
Jump Training for 15/16U Team BC Tryouts
  • Develop the skills you need to be an outstanding jumper
  • Strong emphasis on movement patterns and technique to train the mobility, stability, strength and power in your jump
  • Small class sizes allow our trainers to carefully monitor every athlete
  • Location: Richmond Olympic Oval
  • Monday and Wednesday (May 30th-June 29th) 7-8 PM OR  Tuesday and Thursday (May 31st-June 30th) 7-8 PM
  • Cost: $250 for 10 Sessions
Team BC Prep Camp for Hitters
  • Are you ready for Team BC? Sideout is offering an opportunity for Hitters to fine tune their skills!
  • Small group training allows individual instruction and feedback from coaches
  • Location: Sutherland Secondary in North Vancouver
  • May 28th; 10 am-12pm
  • Cost: $75.00
Intro to Physical Training for Volleyball
  • Sessions focus on developing a higher jump, harder hit and faster defensive movements
  • Training will involve a combination of mobility, stability and technique training before progressing onto heavier loads and more explosive exercises
  • Graduate with an advanced knowledge of movement prep and recovery strategies that will foster continued improvement on your own
  • June, July, and August Programs Available at the Richmond Olympic Oval
  • Cost: $200 for 8 Sessions
Advanced Physical Training for Volleyball Players
  • A perfect follow-up to our Intro to Physical Training program
  • Focus on more advanced methods of training including Kettlebells and Olympic Lifting
  • Learn the techniques to continue to train at the highest level
  • July and August Programs at the Richmond Olympic Oval
  • Cost: $200 for 8 sessions

Small Group « Sideout

Everyone starting small group training must start with an individual Sideout Performance Assessment to establish a baseline of skill and physical parameters. Small group training is available upon special request and allows teammates to motivate eachother and maximize results. Train with a partner or a group of teammates.

Team Training « Sideout

Designed with the help of our physiotherapist partners, our warm up program combines the best in injury prevention and performance prep training to help your team prepare for training and competition. Our Sideout Certified Coaches and Trainers can run a combination of physical and technical training sessions to help your team improve their performance and reach their goals for the season.

Personalized Program Design « Sideout

After your Sideout Performance Assessment, give us 24 hours to put a complete training program together for you that will specifically address the areas that you need to focus on to improve. We are happy to provide athletes with a personalized training program to follow on their own time at their own facility. Come back for a 90-minute orientation session to learn your program and you’re all set for 4-6 weeks of training.
