Sellance inc. was founded and incorporated in 2002 and has since been offering contractual sales management services. The Sellance team is composed of experienced sales and marketing professionals with diverse backgrounds. Together, we have a wealth of experience in different market segments and business disciplines. Our head office is located in Montreal, Québec and through various partnerships and a network of  independent outsourcing sales agencies, we  can execute sales campaigns and deliver professional services across North America.



André Goyette

President and Founder

A sales professional with 25 years experience in sales and management, André has sold a range of different products and services to corporate accounts, Governments, small and medium sized business. During his career he has earned many successes in different markets segments as diversified as: clothing, medical supplies, data telecommunications services, phone systems, structured cabling systems, internet marketing, software, electronic equipment, networking equipment, training and consulting services. André is skilled at the consultative selling approach. He also has extensive experience in managing national and international strategic alliances and of managing and selling through a channel and a retail network.

Before starting up his own business, André held the position of Vice-President Sales and Marketing for Nomino Technologies, a software company specializing in e-service. Prior to this he managed 3Com's sales organization in eastern Canada, and 3Com's OEM program and channel sales in Canada and in the USA. He has also held similar positions at Bay Networks, Bell Canada and IBM. In these roles he has developed expertise in strategic planning and networking skills to interact at a corporate executive level. This diverse range of experience has resulted in a comprehensive contact base.

André is an overachiever with a proven track record and over his career he has participated in more than 10 President Clubs and has won many awards.

Brian Pleet

Brian is an effective, energetic senior sales and marketing executive with over 25 years of experience in diverse organizations from Fortune 100 through technology startups. He has been consistently recognized for leadership in identifying opportunities and delivering results in dynamic, challenging technology intensive environments. Brian participated in Xerox's President's Club and was often commended for achieved results at Telus, Honeywell and Aliant.

He has shared his expertise and insights as a professional facilitator and instructor for over 15 years, both within his corporate roles and as an instructor at BCIT, Simon Fraser University, Saint Mary's University, Mount Royal College, SAIT and the University of Calgary. Brian employs proven business acumen, organizational and communication skills to resolve sales and marketing related issues ranging from strategy development to tactical implementation. He is highly disciplined in approach with an acute sensitivity to customers and employees and energized by breaking new ground and taking ideas from concept to reality.
