SAKOR Technologies developed its new Small Engine AC Motoring Dynamometer specifically to meet the needs of engine manufacturers who must now comply with engine testing procedures required by new emission standards contained in 40 CFR Part 1065. These new requirements apply to almost every kind of small internal engine, including those in hand held power tools and lawn and garden tools.
