You can choose whether you want the instructor to attend this meeting, but the instructor and the Program Coordinator are required to discuss the issue.Step 3 is talking to the Dean. If the result is unsatisfactory, formal appeals are made by a written submission to the registrar within 30 calendar days of term end. The appeal then moves to the Dean, who – in consultation with the student and their instructor – re-evaluates the mark.
