As is common with industrial projects, Project Management is of
critical importance for executing an integrated fabrication project.
Customer's primary concern is timely execution of the project, meeting
all the parameters of quality and keeping the cost within the budget.
SSW is in tune with the client in keeping up to their expectations.
They use modern Project Management Tools to keep an on-time, on-target
schedule of work. Detailed schedules of work components are drawn
up by the Project Management Team for its respective project and
the Critical Path is identified prior to start of work.
Project execution is continuously monitored and progress is updated
on a regular basis (daily and even on an hourly basis, where critical)
and compared with the targets. SSW use Project Management Software,
like Microsoft Project, enabling them to provide efficient solutions
to their customers in achieving the target deadlines while helping
the company plan their resources efficiently.
