Turns Rock Stop’er system “on” or “off’

2. Sensor Status LED light

No light = Power Switch “OFF” or, Fault with power or ground circuit to Control Module

Green Light = Power Switch “ON” and Sensor circuit “OK”

Flashing Green/Red = Sensor Disconnected or other fault with sensor circuit wiring

- occurs simultaneously with a detection

3. Red Stop Light

Light On with Beeping = “Detection” (Sensor has been tripped .)

4. Reset· Push Button Switch

After the sensor has tripped the Red Stop Light is Flashing and a beeping sound is heard. Press the Reset Button to

acknowledge the detection. Then Reverse the feed drive to reset the forager stop system as would normally be done

after a metal detection. Shut off the main drive, and wait for all moving parts to stop moving before search ing for the

detected stone (or object) in the feed roll area.

5. Sensitivity Adjustment Dial

Adjusts the sensitivity of the sensor signal

10 = Most Sensitive

1 = Least Sensitive

Remember Higher Number = Higher Sensitivity

Sensor positioned almost vertical or parallel to the displacement travel of the front upper feedroll is the least sensitive setting for the sensor. To adjust the Sensor angle, slightly loosen the locknut, rotate the sensor to adjust the desired sensivity range. The Sensor angle determines the threshold at which the sensor will emit a signal due to feed roll movement.
