Puppies (ages 6 & 7) will start their season on Saturday, October 15th at Frank L. Bowser School.

Times will vary between 10:00am-11:15am and 11:30am-12:45pm. Parents will receive a call from coaches to advise which time each child plays on the first day.

Children will require indoor sneakers, shorts, t-shirt and a water bottle. Team shirts will be provided as soon as they are delivered.

We look forward to seeing the children on the court!

RMBA installed new backboard systems at Frank L. Bowser School this week.  These new systems lower to a better height for our Puppy players and are more stable than our previous system.  This is an investment by RMBA to enhance the overall experience for our Puppy players.

Puppies Basketball is a development program based on the sport of basketball for boys and girls (co-ed) who are 6 or 7 years of age. The players have one and a half hours a week for approximately 12 weeks in developing basketball skills in a fun atmosphere.

All games are played at Frank L. Bowser School on Saturdays. Game times alternate between 10:30am, 12:00pm and 1:30pm.

The Puppies division get underway on October 15th, 2011.

Mini Girls : Riverview Minor Basketball Association

These girls were helping out our House league and Provincial coaches with their teams in developing their players’ overall basic fundamentals and skills at the same time working closely, sometimes on a one on one basis, with the younger girls allowing the coaches to concentrate more on their overall practice.
