ResultsNOW can implement an optional Legacy Training System to extend the impact and results of specific TeamSystems or Training / Coaching / Service packages developed for growth companies, particularly large firms. Growing companies with complex operations and/or a wide regional scope often have in-house or contract trainers and coaches to facilitate wide-scale training initiatives for teams in various locations. Legacy Training helps facilitate these initiatives.
Some medium-to-large and/or high-growth organizations prefer to develop internal expertise and training abilities to be able to duplicate the delivery and results of our Training Programs for future adaptation and ongoing expansion purposes. Legacy Training properly develops in-house and/or contract trainers for clients, giving them the licensed* ability to deploy our Training Programs as the client company and roster of people grows – and long after ResultsNOW is done the initial project.
We work with existing in-house or external trainers, or select key individuals from within the client company that have the aptitude to become trainers, and move them into a customized Train-the-Trainer program. We prefer to select from a broad base of roles and individuals to ensure all the teams that make up an organization are represented. Ideally, multiple trainers are selected from areas of ownership, management, HR, sales, purchasing, projects, production, administration, etc.
Legacy Training helps protect our client’s training investment and intellectual property from leaving the company, which can easily happen if only 1 person is selected and trained. Longevity of our Training Programs is possible for many years using this approach, and we encourage it for high growth companies setting up long-range, wide-scale initiatives.
