A Pre-listing inspection follows the same process as a Pre-purchase inspection except it is the seller who provides the report for any potential home buyer. This service has become popular over the past few years for various reasons such as

The report provides clients with the information they need to make an informed decision that includes conditions and recommendations to the following systems:
- Structure and Building Exterior (including parking and walking surfaces)
The Property Condition Report (PCR) meets or exceeds ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) standards.
