The FONEX Technical Assistance Center (TAC) offers a variety of services that can be tailored to meet our customers support requirements. Our skilled technical support engineers provide quality support derived from years of experience in the telecom industry. Our Basic Support program provides for technical assistance 5 days per week, 8:30am to 5pm EST and Warranty Administration services. Upon purchasing any products from FONEX, customers are automatically entitled to the Basic Support program throughout the original manufacturer’s warranty period.

Our loyalty to our customers demands that we be flexible and adapt our services to our customers’ support and on-going supply requirements. Additional programs such as advance replacement services, extended service hours of technical support, installation, commissioning and maintenance services, pre-configuration and staging services, project management services and just-in-time depot services are all available upon request. FONEX has the ability to tailor support and supply services to match your business requirements.
