Keywords: Frames, drawing

Themes: Humor,  ingenuity, getting what you want out of life

Ellis made this drawing when Mom said 'no' to a second box of Smarties. He figured that if he could not have more, he would draw all the Smarties he could possibly want! Mom caved in and he got it anyways!
The background is Ellis' original drawing. I added the colour paint to the composition.

Notice Ellis is holding one large bag of Smarties in one hand and four small boxes in the other.

'SM' means Smarties. 'K' means Kit Kats.

The reflection of the coloured paints into the background is phenomenal.

There is goldfish a swimming in the ocean of candy. See if you can find it!

I was so inspired by his scribble that I traced it onto glass and it became the first painting I ever made of his drawings. All frames come with a story explaining what Ellis and I were drawing about. He is quite good at stalling so at some point I insisted he goes to bed. Ellis drew this to me at bed time because I was not listening to him. All paintings are hand made from quality glass paints. He drew a hug on his trusty chalkboard.
