Shipping and Handling Charges
- 24K Vitacare Inc. will NOT charge any customer with hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method.
- In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping method. Otherwise, your order will be delayed. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
- All orders to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. 24K Vitacare Inc. does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the Next Monday even air shipment, so Ground shipment will be more economical.
- In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.
- Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.
Our products are sold in over 55 countries around the world. Users have found that they almost 100% non-allergic. To ensure that it is 100% compatible with your skin, we suggest that you open one sachet, and dip your finger in the liquid and apply the liquid on your finger on your neck underneath your chin. Wait for about 5-10 minutes. Because of the nature of our product, it is our policy not to accept returns. In the exceptional cases, where the product may be defective, you may return the unused and unopened sachet after using the first one only. Then, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.
In order for us to process your return efficiently, you must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA") before sending anything back. To request a RA, simply contact our Customer Care Center at 24kvitacare.com.
Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. All credit requests will be completed within 15 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
