We strongly believe in our quality of service, from the moment we receive your order until it is shipped from our plant. With this in mind, we guarantee delivery of your school products
according to the delivery schedule. If you do not receive your order by our guarantee date, call our office and your invoice will be discounted.
Of course, we do have a few stipulations that must be met for our guarantee to be valid. First, your complete order including all copy must be postmarked by the date indicated on the delivery schedule. Also,
if you have requested a proof on your product, you must call us with approval or corrections within two working days of delivery of your proof. Please ensure that you are available by phone in case
we have questions about your order.
