Our family of Poliyou® cushioning foam products blend comfort with a system that promotes a healthy foot environment. Cost-effective cushioning benefits are available in die-cut or as a single foam molded insole. “Multi-Density” insoles are prepared by combining any of our foams, or by attaching any of our foams as a top layer to an EVA or poured PU base. To elevate the look as well as the overall feel of these performance cushioning foam materials, unique bottom pads and top cover materials provide an added benefit and visual effect. Many of our foams promote an environmental story (Poliyou®, Poli-Cork™, Bamboo Poliyou® and WinPad™) as they are made using up to 70% pre-consumer “recycled” PU foam. PoliSport™ is a high resilient performance foam that also features a 5% recycled rubber additive and our BioBase PoliSport™ combines performance with and eco story as it features 30% Soy based Polyol.

INJECTION

J-Lite® is an “ultra light weight” expanded TPU outsole material that provides superior surface features, with “dull/shiny” contrast, while delivering durability, slip and abrasion resistant properties. PVC products are best suited for dress and dress casual outsoles and are a cost effective and water-proof alternative to leather for dress shoes and boots.
