Over 40 years ago, J&V launched INJECTION MOLDED outsoles made of either PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) or TPR (Thermo Plastic Rubber).

PVC products are best suited for dress and dress casual outsoles and are a cost effective and water-proof alternative to leather for dress shoes and boots.

TPR outsoles were developed as an excellent lightweight alternative to “crepe” or “rubber” outsoles, best suited for the casual and boot market.

In the last decade, Herculair® was developed by J&V to provide lightweight, slip and oil resistant benefits.

J-Lite® is an “ultra light weight” expanded TPU outsole material that provides superior surface features, with “dull/shiny” contrast, while delivering durability, slip and abrasion resistant properties. J-LIte® is only produced in our Lewiston, Maine facility.

Our Injection Molded products are produced in both our Lewiston ME and China facility.

Double R
