A Home Front Secure™ professional will check your property (usually 3 times per week or as often as your policy requires) to ensure there is no damage caused by nature, plumbing or electrical accidents, theft or vandalism. Home Front Secure™ personnel ensure that your home looks 'lived in' by collecting flyers, mail, setting lights on timers, moving cars if left in driveway and ensuring paths to home and grounds are maintained/cleared, regardless of the season.

Access to the interior of your home is reserved exclusively for Home Front Secure™ professionals. Your peace of mind is of primary concern to us at Home Front Secure™ Inc. and as such we are fully insured and bonded.

Basic property minding services include:

  • Check exterior of your property for any breach, ensuring all entry points are secure
  • Check interior of your property for malfunctioning plumbing, heating, electrical/gas systems
  • Check integrity of water pipes, hot water heater and associated water systems
  • Check integrity of roofs and troughs for water leaks or ice jams
  • Maintain a 'lived in' appearance by:
    • re-positioning vehicles;
    • collecting flyers, newspapers & mail;
    • setting lights & radios on timers (with staggered timing to imitate movement throughout the property)
  • Return lights and heat (or A/C) to pre-set levels on customer's date of return
