The Pulse.touch family feature a bright LCD displays with energy efficient LED backlighting and wide viewing angles.
The touch sensor is very sensitive and does not require a stylus to operate. Designed for in-wall usage, it can be powered via a standard Ethernet cable with the appropriate adapters.
In addition to control and monitoring functions, some models can display high quality MPEG4 video streams from IP surveillance cameras and door intercom systems.
The Pulse.touch family conforms to the highest specifications in terms of performance, power efficiency, mechanical design, and international standards and regulations.
Due to their low average power consumption, the Pulse.touch family does not require any cooling or ventilation. They contain no hard drives, fans, or other moving parts instead using solid state flash storage. Power can be delivered via a DC 24V power supply or via the included Ethernet power injector and splitter simplifying cabling and installation.
Configuration & Management
The Microsoft Windows Embedded CE operating system image and Pulse applications can be remotely configured, monitored, and updated via the Pulse.command service. Certain types of web content can be displayed via the integrated web-browsing engine. Configuration of all settings including network, backlight, volume, etc, are all done over the network via the Pulse Configuration Utility.
