Our Managed Services provides customers the option to make use of Planet Group Inc.’s experienced operators and technical experts and, if needed, the facilities to run the application. Staff will execute, monitor and verify daily batch cycle processes ensuring that production batch cycle issues are resolved promptly and accurately. Planet Group Inc. staff will also undertake the delivery of funds transfer and settlement files and ensure they are processed within acceptable windows.
For clients who manage their own processing operations, Planet Group Inc. provides a 24 hour help desk for production support problems.
