PennTech's compact sterilizing tunnels are designed with the user in mind. Beginning with the infeed, PennTech has designed a unique vial loading system, providing the customer with a flexible washer-tunnel floor plan layout. If space is very limited, PennTech can in almost any situation provide the solution.

The electrical control cabinet is build within the foot print of the tunnel. The advantage is a quick installation without the need of having to install cables through the ceiling between the tunnel and the control cabinet. Every cable is already in place. In turn this will expedite the validation of the tunnel, therefore reducing the cost.

The operation is simple. All variables, such as belt speed, temperature setting, door height setting, air balancing, are part of the recipe per vial. The principle here is: "Keep it simple for the operator"
