To help you overcome such knowledge gaps, we have a range of courses on quality management and develop ad-hoc course material when requested.  Our many years of experience as teachers and trainers are an asset when it comes to explaining all facets of ISO 9000, ISO 17025 and similar Quality Management Standards.

  • We take complete care of training programmes: definition of the programme (in collaboration with the client), scheduling and planning of the training sessions, preparation of the training material and lecturing.

  • The performance of our trainers are assessed by the course participants at the conclusion of each training session. All evaluation data and feedback comments are analyzed and the outcome of the evaluation is reported to the client.

  • We train and coach only in those areas where we have practical know-how: quality management, quality assurance, certification and accreditation systems, Standards (ISO 9000, ISO 17025 (previously EN 45000), ISO 10015, ISO 15189, ISO 19011, etc.
